honestly no idea. the ones here either grew up here and will die here or... They have no concept of there being a place better
I admire that though! New-Orleans is amazing I hear. I need to visit.
These people and communities are also usually so loveable that it makes sense.
some of them are for sure. it's like a different place jow that Meta is building a $10b data center in my home town. which just last year consisted of nothing more than an elementary school and 1 stop light lol
