It all began when Mr. Luna, tired of the vices and pleasures of the city, went to a distant town known as Sal Si Puedes. This was a town with beautiful rivers, mountains, nice weather and very welcoming people. It was the perfect place to start and raise a family.
After some time on salt if you can, Mr. Luna met a beautiful young woman named Betani. Luna fell in love at first sight and did not waste any time, he approached the young woman and from that moment a feeling of admiration for each other was born in both of them. As time went by they got to know each other better and they loved each other much more until they got married and consummated their eternal love and three beautiful children were born to whom they cared for and loved very much, their favorite phrase being that the family never forsakes you nor forgets you.
Suddenly, a thought arises in the mind of his youngest son to leave his quiet village and travel the world in search of new adventures. Every day his desire to leave his parents' home and fly away to the vices and pleasures that the city had to offer grew.
One day the young boy woke up very early in the morning and talked to his father about the ideas that were going through his mind to leave his nest and explore the world for new experiences.
His father, having lived through this bitter and painful experience, tried to persuade his son to abandon this madness by appealing to the family love that existed between them. Furthermore, he explained to him that being a young man from the countryside, he did not have the experience and that the world out there was cruel and merciless with naive people and without any malice.
The father, with his face soaked in tears and his words between cut off, kept trying to change his son's course, still not understanding why his little boy wanted to leave them. He told him, son, at home you have had everything, you have never lacked almost anything, we have given you unconditional love, so why do you want to leave? But his son, determined to leave, said to him father: let me live my life and give me my money to enjoy the world.
Suddenly, the father, having no doubt about his son's decision, gets up from his chair with a pained and sad face and says to him: Son, if someday you lack money, friendships, no matter what you have done, no matter what you have become, just come back home, because the family never forsakes you or forgets you.
Everything changed when the young man went to the city, he began to squander all the resources his father had given him. When he arrived in the metropolis he had many friends, but when he lost his money and was in a situation of poverty, they all abandoned him. Not knowing what to do, hungry and penniless, he began to wander through the streets, dirty, smelly, without bathing and eating the crumbs that fell from the ground.
In that condition the boy remembered that after being a prince in his parents' house, he now looked like a lost and hopeless vagabond.
One day a very distinguished and unprejudiced lady, full of love and compassion, approached the young man and asked him:
What happened to you? Why are you in this terrible condition? Where do your parents live? The boy, astonished that someone would stop to talk to him, began to cry and to explain to the lady the decision he had made some time ago and which had led him to this situation. Then he said to her: In my father's house I had plenty and had no need of anything, but now look how I am. The lady, without condemning him, said a phrase that touched the young man's heart as he remembered his beloved father: The true family never abandons you nor forgets you no matter what you have become.
To finish, that phrase brought a ray of light that shone in Luna Junior's heart, he took courage to return to his father's house. Who upon seeing him return, from afar ran, hugged and kissed him full of joy and love to be able to be in front of his son again, reminding him of that phrase: Family is First.
