Hello community, it is a pleasure to greet you and wish you a happy weekend. In this opportunity I share with you a delicious and refreshing passion fruit and tomato juice (Solanum betaceum).
It is a juice rich in vitamin C ideal for strengthening the immune system and also for skin care.

So, I invite you to prepare this delicious juice with me.


Hola comunidad, es un gusto saludarles y desearles feliz fin de semana. En esta oportunidad les comparto un delicioso y refrescante jugo de Maracuyá y Tomate de árbol(Solanum betaceum).
Es un jugo rico en vitamina C ideal para fortalecer el sistema inmunológico y también para el cuidado de la piel.

Así que, les invito a preparar conmigo este delicioso jugo.

To prepare this delicious juice, we use the following ingredients, namely:

  • 1 tree tomato
  • 1 passion fruit
  • 2 cups of water
  • 5 tablespoons of sugar

I started by washing the passion fruit and the tree tomato with plenty of water and vinegar.

I then removed the peel of the tree tomato and cut it into two large pieces.

Next, I blended the tree tomato, the passion fruit pulp, five tablespoons of sugar and two cups of water.
Seguidamente llevé a la licuadora el tomate de árbol, la pulpa de la maracuyá, cinco cucharadas de azúcar y dos tazas de agua

I then blended until a homogeneous mixture was obtained.

Then I strained, poured into a glass and that was it. Enjoy this refreshing and nutritious juice.
Después colé, serví en un vaso y listo. A disfrutar de este refrescante y nutritivo jugo.

Excelente combinación mi amigo el tomate de árbol es excelente para subir las defensas y en conjunto con la maracuyá mucho mejor, debe de tener un sabor increíble. Saludos
