Have tried out keto or carnivore diet. I have also seen some individuals get good results from fasting. Wish you will be able to get well soon!

Yeah I ate keto diet for the first two years of being diagnosed. Thats why I'm so frustrated because I was fine before.
You can always go back. Intermittent fasting is very good. I have not done any long term fasting. The research does show many good outcomes.
