The will and purpose of God for believers is that we follow his commandments, we are obligated to keep and follow his commandments as Christians. If we follow his commandments, he will never depart from us.
It's only in his commandments that we see his will and purpose for man kind, the law of God is his will.
He gave believers an assignment and obligation to follow his will and teach the nation to observe his commandments and law .
For us to be close to God and abide in him we ought to follow his commandments. He will never depart from us. To be in his lead and mercy we must follow his commandments and keep his ways.
We must follow his way to be with him in heaven. If we love God following his commandments won't be difficult.
We must follow his the commandments of Jesus Christ, in the new testament, because that's our only access to God .Man is obligated to follow God's will.
