Anger Wants Reaction
I've observed something that most of us learned so late, which is, you don't have to respond to everything you feel is right, most of the time you just have to leave everything.
Anger wants reaction and you should never yield to it because fear wants abundance also. And this causes a lot of insecurity and it makes us to want that reassurance every every time. It's not the right thing to do.
You can feel all three institutions what's happening and not to react in anything that's happening in your life or how people want you to react because the moment they start to control you, the more they have power over you to dictate how your life might be.
You might end up living your life and chasing the validation of others, which is not the right thing you're supposed to do at any time.

I really liked your point that “anger wants reaction” and that not responding can actually keep other people from controlling your peace. The part about chasing validation from others also stood out, because that’s such a common trap and you explained it in a very honest way.
