Since joining Hive a little over two years ago, I faced the challenge of growing within the platform, as I didn't know anyone and didn't know where to begin. That's when I met Takeru, who offered his support to help me develop and became my main mentor, teaching me everything related to the platform, the coins, exchange rates, and other aspects. Little by little, I grew thanks to his guidance. I've also had the opportunity to work with him on his projects, and I can say that he is a very responsible person with extensive knowledge based on his university studies. His main goal has always been to help people grow here in a positive way.

Desde que ingresé a Hive hace poco más de dos años, me encontré con el desafío de crecer dentro de la plataforma, ya que no conocía a nadie y no sabía por dónde empezar. Fue entonces cuando conocí a Takeru, quien me ofreció su apoyo para poder desarrollarme y se convirtió en mi tutor principal, enseñándome todo lo relacionado con la plataforma, las monedas, las tasas de cambio y demás aspectos. Así, poco a poco fui creciendo gracias a sus enseñanzas. También he tenido la oportunidad de trabajar con él en sus proyectos, y puedo afirmar que es una persona muy responsable, con amplios conocimientos fundamentados en estudios universitarios. Su principal objetivo siempre ha sido ayudar a las personas a crecer aquí de manera positiva.

He's also quite eloquent and strict. In fact, sharing one of my little secrets, the fact that my posts always exceed 900 words is thanks to him. He's instilled in me the habit of creating high-quality posts with extensive content and strong visuals. This is a defining characteristic of his work, and he's proven to be a good leader within his community, maintaining a balance between professionalism and the camaraderie that can develop here. Besides being moral and responsible, he's also very punctual and consistently meets his objectives. Therefore, I believe he's the best choice to help the community grow and increase its monetary value by offering improvements to post curation. In addition to being an excellent moderator, I think giving him this opportunity would greatly benefit the community.

También es un personaje bastante elocuente y estricto. De hecho, compartiendo uno de mis pequeños secretos, el hecho de que mis publicaciones siempre supere las 900 palabras es gracias a él, quien me ha acostumbrado a hacer publicaciones de calidad que contengan contenidos extensos y buenas presentaciones visuales; Esto es algo que caracteriza mucho su trabajo, además de que ha sabido ser un buen jefe dentro de su comunidad, manteniendo una brecha entre lo profesional y la amistad que se puede crear aquí. Además de ser moralista y responsable, en cuestiones de trabajo es una persona muy puntual que cumple los objetivos que se propone, por ello creo que es la mejor opción para ayudar a la comunidad a crecer y a aumentar su valor monetario, ofreciendo mejoras en las curaciones de publicaciones. Además de ser un excelente moderador, considero que darle la oportunidad sería algo que beneficiaría mucho a la comunidad.
