I drink coffee since I was a child, so it is a drink that is part of my life, I have had coffee in various forms of filtering, but in recent years I have not paid attention to quality but to practicality, so I only drink instant coffee, and I got used to drinking coffee like this, this type of coffee does not represent a coffee for its quality, There is much of its process that alters its flavor and nature so it is not the best option, but it is undoubtedly an option that allows you to have a quick coffee, recently I decided not to consume it anymore and start using the real filtering techniques that allow me to drink a good coffee and learn more about this wonderful beverage, My stay in Colombia must be taken advantage of so what better way to get to know their coffee proposals, so I will give myself to that task, and sharing it with you excites me, so I went to a coffee maker store, and bought this beauty, the traditional Italian coffee maker, Its traditional model and its simple operation make this type of coffee maker one of the favorites in homes around the world, I chose it for this reason, besides assuring me that a cup of coffee will be perfect to the palate, this beautiful store had several models, I wanted them all, but I was already decided and I chose the small Italian coffee maker in red, because my love is red.

And obviously a good coffee maker is tested with some varieties of coffee, so I also bought three types of coffee that I had not tried, they are of great quality, they are not expensive coffees, but it does not mean that they are of lower quality, on the contrary they have an incredible quality price, that is a great advantage of being in Colombia, they have a proposal of coffee quite agardables and of quality for the consumer, although those of greater quality are the exported ones, but that is another topic, these coffees gave me what I was looking for quality, accessible prices, great body and flavor, I included a decaffeinated, because I always drink a late afternoon coffee and to take care of my night's sleep I have to drink this one, there are many people who are not affected by caffeine, they are chosen by the gods, but not me, so I opt for a decaffeinated, all delicious, I am really satisfied with this change of drinking instant coffee to a ground coffee, it has changed my mornings.
