As far as I understand, Bitcoin has nothing to do with Hive, except that Bitcoin makes a difference to the sentiment of the overall crypto market. Hive is a long game. if it is cheaper it is a must-buy. :)

Yes, I think it's because of the news because I see that down pattern on other coins too. Surely, something happened at that time and impacted some cryptocurrencies 😭. I usually check Bitcoin first because if Bitcoin doesn't have the same pattern, the cause will be other things.
To be honest, this price of Hive does not scare me but excites me because, for a new account like mine, it is no less than an opportunity to accumulate as many HP as I can because I feel very sure and secure about its future. It's just a matter of perspective! :)
