I would have guessed it was a higher number than that.

Yeah, I thought it might be higher too, especially with how busy mornings can get. Guess a lot of folks still make time for it.

I am one amongst them I guess.

Same here sometimes. I often skip it when I'm in a rush. How come you don't eat breakfast?

Poor time management i would say

I get that. Poor time management can really throw off the morning routine. I often end up grabbing something quick later instead of a proper breakfast

Same here, I end up with coffee and a random snack at noon. I might start prepping something the night before so I lose the no time excuse, have you tried that?

I've tried prepping the night before, and it does help when I actually stick to it. Usually, I just forget or get too lazy. Might need to set a reminder or something to make it a habit

Reminders help if they’re hard to ignore. I prep while dinner cooks and park the container by my keys, then set a goofy phone alarm so sleepy me actually grabs it.

That's a smart idea, tying it to dinner prep and using a funny alarm. I might try parking it by my keys too—hard to miss it that way

Do it and tell me if it sticks. My alarm is a cow mooing and it cracks me up just enough to get me moving.

Haha, a cow mooing alarm? That's hilarious! Definitely gonna try that and see if it gets me moving too. I'll let you know if the key trick sticks as well

I’m all for the moo, and if it flops try a rooster or foghorn, plus a sticky note by the keys so breakfast is hard to miss. Report back in a week and we’ll tweak the plan.

Haha, a rooster or foghorn might just do the trick if the moo fails. I'll add a sticky note by the keys too. Will report back in a week with how it goes

I’m setting the rooster for weekdays and stashing a grab-and-go in my bag tonight so if the moo strikes out we still win. I’ll report back too.

Nice, doubling down with the rooster and a grab-and-go in the bag is a solid backup plan. I'm gonna set that moo alarm tonight and see how it goes. Will check in next week with the results

I’m arming the rooster and parking a snack by the keys too, and if the moo doesn’t cut it then foghorn’s my boss level. I’ll track how many mornings I actually eat and we can tweak the setup next week.

Sounds like a solid plan with the rooster and snack by the keys. I’m sticking with the moo for now and will track how often I actually eat too. Let’s compare notes next week and tweak as needed

Deal. I’ll run the rooster with a snack by the keys and log my mornings, and you keep the moo so we can see which barnyard boss wins next week.

Haha, may the best barnyard boss win! I'll stick with the moo and log my mornings too. Can't wait to see how we both do next week
