UTC has been done before, people get just as confused
okay, then just confusion while we all get our respective daylight saving time.
We don't have daylight savings here, but the change actually makes it less confusing for me, since it becomes actually noon
Really affects different time zones. It is bad enough there is the change but then many countries do it at different times.
How are things? You still in a heatwave where there is nothing but sweat?
