Who is a Best Friend?

Do you have someone who you call a best friend? But before you call someone your best friend, who is actually a best friend?

A best friend is someone who you can share anything with and vice versa, a best friend is more than a friend, ready to stand with you even if it isn't convenient for them.

One can have a friend, and anybody can be a friend, but talking about best friend, this is one who you can talk to, someone you can share your problem with and possibly get a result, or sometimes a calm mind from sharing such with them.

I am a person who doesn't keep friends, I value my privacy like a lot, but then I made a friend recently and it turned out this friend could be someone I could share a lot of things with. We always talk a lot and we share things together, even to the last bit of what I call my privates. Been friend for about six months, but then something happened recently that made me question our friendship.

I was in a situation with my hubby where by I needed a solution to solve it, but the funniest thing was that my friend tried to give me distance just because he couldn't handle the burnt of the situation, I felt a friend is supposed to stand by you through thick and thins.and bear with you in matters that could even be life threatening

Well that's why I say a friend is different from a best friend, a best friend stands by you and make sure you are okay and that everything is done with you.

A best friend can go extra mile for you if he or she is really your friend as he or she says .

We all have that person that stands by us through the hardest of times.
Now let me ask this. How did your friendship start with that person? and how did you guys overcome hurdles together? Was there a time you guys ever disagreed on something? . Tell me I would love to know.

I know you have a question for me regarding if we would be staying friends, Yes we would stay friends because it is the first time something like this is happening, so we still need to get to know each other more so as to be able to understand and tolerate each other more.
