To migrate sLEO, I had to figure out how to get the secret key from the Keystore I created for Leodex. Basically, I had imported the keystore into ThorWallet, which can reveal the secret key and recovery phrase.

That's the thing. You only have to do it the one time
Same with the way I did it.
I think I saw the seed phrase in the file or so, and I imported the wallet into ThorWallet with the seed phrase to check it was the same (some wallets don't connect to the same address with seed phrase. Very strange)
What do you think your annual rate of return will be for your staked Leo, based on your return so far. Are you having trouble harvesting your rewards?
I never got rewards. I liquidated and put it into BTC as loan collateral.
