Never give up
"In our life, there are some lessons that become valuable over time.
Once hard situations arise, an individual is totally devastated and crushed. Thereon, they attempt to lift themselves up, repair themselves and carry on.
They have then knowledge of the experiences that have hurt them, made effort to break them and damaged them. Distancing themselves to the negative thoughts, they drive ahead to the next stop.
The most important thing in this world is to analyze everything and move on. So one must never dwell in life and take things into the past, thinking about the injustices that he/she has encountered. Such attitude may be harmful to oneself." Kirkpatrick 36
I would like to tell you one of the lessons in my life. I gave the ECT exam and all the girls I directed, mentored passed but I was just a few marks shy. It was a massive defeat that broke my self-belief and doubted my ability.
I had made efforts and tried a lot in order to meet my target but it seems as though there is favor on the others and I was hit by bad fortune. It turned out to be a big burden in my life but I also learnt how to come out of it and become better.
It was a very frustrating time, on top of the fact that I had assisted other people to be successful but I neared but failed. This experience has created some imprint on me and I will never forget how I was hurt and disappointed."
It happens, that one runs his whole course, he reaches all the milestones, strives to reach the goal, sacrifices everything, and fails by one, by two steps, because it is not the destiny of him. This was a painful experience to me as I witnessed other people that I had mentored succeed, as I failed. One felt frustrated to question why I was made like this to be left behind, despite my efforts being in coping.
"Life throws many challenges that can break us, but we should never lose courage or give up. Instead, we should keep moving forward, facing our problems, and learning from them. In this world, if we retreat, people will doubt our abilities and say we didn't try hard enough. Our parents will also be disappointed. So, if we fail at one thing, we should try to move on to something bigger and better."
