It is important to remain mentally at peace when times are tough and we are moving towards a direction. When our internal self is calm our thoughts go in our favor.

When we get distracted by something even when we have chosen to do something on a regular basis, then it is not worth it since our heart, mind and presence are elsewhere. So control is necessary on self, property, as well as happiness in life.

We ought to learn with every step in life since there is a new lesson in every moment. We are able to do something when we study and learn to change. When we are stagnant, we do not analyse situations, we simply get entrenched without thinking through, we end up lagging behind.

We should first get to know how to protect our lives and then to put good things which can encourage us on daily activities.
