Per la velocità, visto il pericolo delle multe, potresti usare lo smartphone, ad esempio waze ti mostra la velocità rilevata dal GPS ed è parecchio corretta.

Sì, effettivamente ci ho pensato, ma a parte un paio di punti che ho descritto, per il resto limito molto gli spostamenti, visto e considerato la salute precaria della vettura...
