Assuming data, keychain, and photos can be separated from the cloud service, is there a truly fast, premium Android option that can rival the iPhone?

Moreover:
• Features such as file sharing, mobile hotspot, and device handoff function inconsistently.
• Each year, more unnecessary apps are added.
• There is no interest in bundled games, TV, or news
services.
• The cloud service leaves much to be desired.
• Basic functions like identifying scam emails, texts, or calls remain unresolved.
Rather than allocating $600 billion to share buybacks over the past decade, those resources might have funded a satellite network, rocket launches, or a domestic chip manufacturing facility. Disappointing.
