So the fries are plotting against us now. Does this include sweet potato fries or just the regular ones?

I've read something about this before, and I think it's only for the regular ones.

Haha, fries as the ultimate villains! The study I read focused on regular potato fries, but I'm not sure about sweet potato ones. Might be worth a quick check if you're a fan of those

Damn, every day is a lot! Might be worth mixing in some other snacks just to play it safe with those diabetes risks.

You are right, I should look after myself and my diet. My stomach and body hates me.

Totally get that feeling. Maybe start small by swapping fries for something else a couple days a week. Your body might thank you for the break

I don't believe that, people eat fries everyday especially bean cakes and fried potatoes, why aren't they having diabetes.

Fair point, lots of folks eat fried foods daily and seem fine. But the study specifically tied fries to a 20% higher diabetes risk due to how they're cooked with unhealthy fats. Other fried stuff might not have the same impact, though I'm not sure on that
