Today’s post is about this evening view and a random little thing that caught my attention while I was standing there.

The sunset was really nice today. The sky had a mix of blue, orange, and golden tones, and the hills looked softer as the light started fading. I spent a few minutes just looking at the layers of mountains disappearing into the distance.

आज की पोस्ट इस शाम के नज़ारे और एक ऐसी छोटी-सी चीज़ के बारे में है जिसने वहाँ खड़े-खड़े मेरा ध्यान खींच लिया।आज का सूर्यास्त वाकई बहुत खूबसूरत था। आसमान में नीले, नारंगी और सुनहरे रंग एक साथ घुले हुए थे, और जैसे-जैसे रोशनी कम हो रही थी, पहाड़ों का दृश्य और भी नरम और शांत लगने लगा। मैं कुछ देर वहीं खड़ी दूर तक फैली पहाड़ियों की परतों को देखती रही, जो धीरे-धीरे धुंध में खोती हुई दिखाई दे रही थीं। यह वही दृश्य है जिसे मैं पहले भी कई बार देख चुकी हूँ, लेकिन कुछ शामें ऐसी होती हैं जो आपको फिर से रुककर उसकी खूबसूरती महसूस करने पर मजबूर कर देती हैं।

While taking photos, I noticed an old green bottle lying among the rocks. Someone had put a bunch of dried daisies in it. At first, I wasn’t sure what to think of it. The bottle itself was just litter, and I don’t like seeing trash left behind in places like this. But at the same time, with the sunset behind it and the dried flowers catching the light, it looked oddly photogenic.

तस्वीरें लेते समय मेरी नज़र चट्टानों के बीच पड़ी एक पुरानी हरी बोतल पर गई। किसी ने उसमें सूखी हुई डेज़ी के फूल लगा रखे थे। पहले तो मुझे समझ नहीं आया कि इसके बारे में क्या सोचूँ। बोतल तो आखिरकार कूड़ा ही थी, और मुझे ऐसी खूबसूरत जगहों पर लोगों द्वारा छोड़ा गया कचरा बिल्कुल पसंद नहीं है। लेकिन उसी समय, पीछे डूबता सूरज, फूलों पर पड़ती सुनहरी रोशनी और पहाड़ों का धुंधला-सा दृश्य मिलकर इसे कुछ अलग ही बना रहे थे। अजीब बात यह थी कि जो चीज़ मुझे वहाँ नहीं देखनी चाहिए थी, वही कैमरे में काफी खूबसूरत और आकर्षक लग रही थी।

It’s funny how something I normally wouldn’t like became the subject of my photos. The scene looked good, but that doesn’t change the fact that the bottle shouldn’t have been there in the first place. Still, for a few moments, the evening light managed to turn an abandoned bottle and some old daisies into something worth stopping for.

यह थोड़ा मज़ेदार भी लगा कि जिस चीज़ को मैं आमतौर पर पसंद नहीं करती, वही मेरी तस्वीरों का विषय बन गई। दृश्य देखने में अच्छा लग रहा था, लेकिन इससे यह बात नहीं बदलती कि वह बोतल वहाँ होनी ही नहीं चाहिए थी। फिर भी, कुछ पलों के लिए शाम की रोशनी ने उस छोड़ी हुई बोतल और पुराने डेज़ी के फूलों को ऐसा रूप दे दिया कि वहाँ रुककर उन्हें देखने और तस्वीर लेने का मन कर गया।
