Hard land, soft grit #monomad

Greetings lovely members of the community.
I hope you all are doing great and enjoying quality time with your loved ones.

समुदाय के प्यारे सदस्यों को नमस्कार। मुझे आशा है कि आप सभी अच्छे होंगे और अपने प्रियजनों के साथ गुणवत्तापूर्ण समय का आनंद ले रहे होंगे।

It’s honestly hard to imagine how difficult it must have been to get a road made in a place like this. The terrain here is so wild and rocky, full of sharp inclines and loose stones. When you look at the slopes, it feels like even walking here would be a task, forget about getting heavy machinery up.

ईमानदारी से कल्पना करना मुश्किल है कि इस तरह की जगह पर सड़क बनाना कितना मुश्किल रहा होगा। यहाँ का इलाका बहुत जंगली और पथरीला है, तीखे ढलानों और ढीले पत्थरों से भरा हुआ है। जब आप ढलानों को देखते हैं, तो ऐसा लगता है कि यहाँ पैदल चलना भी एक काम होगा, भारी मशीनरी को ऊपर ले जाना तो दूर की बात है।

Just getting the land levelled for the road must have taken an insane amount of effort. And then there’s the constant risk—stones tumbling down, landslides.. etc..

सड़क के लिए ज़मीन को समतल करने में ही बहुत ज़्यादा मेहनत लगी होगी। और फिर लगातार जोखिम बना रहता है - पत्थर गिरना, भूस्खलन... आदि।

Yet, there’s the road...smooth, winding, and cutting right through these intimidating mountains. It’s a lifeline connecting this tiny settlement to the rest of the world. The houses and buildings and the people all depend on that very road for every supply, every visit, every bit of connection.

And despite all that effort, nature still has the upper hand. The mountains stand tall and unmoved in the backdrop, and the road, no matter how vital, feels like a thin line that could disappear with one harsh season. That’s probably what makes it more special though.

फिर भी, सड़क है...चिकनी, घुमावदार और इन भयावह पहाड़ों को चीरती हुई। यह इस छोटी सी बस्ती को बाकी दुनिया से जोड़ने वाली जीवन रेखा है। घर और इमारतें और लोग सभी हर आपूर्ति, हर यात्रा, हर कनेक्शन के लिए उसी सड़क पर निर्भर हैं। और इतने प्रयासों के बावजूद, प्रकृति अभी भी ऊपरी हाथ रखती है। पहाड़ पृष्ठभूमि में ऊंचे और अविचल खड़े हैं, और सड़क, चाहे कितनी भी महत्वपूर्ण क्यों न हो, एक पतली रेखा की तरह लगती है जो एक कठोर मौसम में गायब हो सकती है। शायद यही बात इसे और भी खास बनाती है।
