You had a cup of coffee so that you can be energetic, sharp, and not get lazy, but instead you are feeling sleepy a few minutes after having the coffee.

Your body is already addicted to coffee. It doesn't work anymore as it should.
Does that mean I should take a break from it then?
That will help just for the first couple of cups after the detox and then it will be the same.

Coffee have no effect on my body. Except for the taste of coffee it's make no difference for me.
happens all the time to me. Yawns... don't take too much coffee... warm up with some movement - have green tea or home made lemon tea, don't drink - just sip... if you do make coffee... just feel the heat, aroma...and get awakened
