Distriator | Steps to Run a Successful SpendHBD Workshop
To run a successful workshop to onboard new users into the Hive ecosystem, plan carefully and execute effectively. Follow the steps below to organize and host an engaging and informative event. Your attendees will gain valuable knowledge and feel supported and motivated to continue exploring the Hive platform.
Steps to Run a Successful Workshop
1. Find a Suitable Location:
- Choose a convenient and accessible venue.
- Schedule the workshop on the same day each week for consistency.
- Create an event on Meetup and announce it on Hive at Buzzparty.
2. Create a Flyer:
- Use the attached Canva designs to make a professional flyer. Template in Spanish
- Customize the flyer as needed to suit your event.

3. Promotional Materials:
- Consider bringing SpendHBD-designed T-shirts or caps to give away, although this is optional.

4. Prepare Your Presentation:
- Utilize the attached presentation, which is available in English and Spanish.
- Download and customize the presentation using Google Slides.
5. Onboarding Resources:
- Ensure you have approximately 5 HBD per attendee for onboarding purposes.
- Contact us if you need assistance with HBD for your attendees.
6. Use the Distriator Signup System:
- Encourage attendees to sign up using the official Distriator system at the workshop.
- This allows you to earn passive rewards from the people you onboard.
