Money is just a universal store of value, that we use to exchange for things we actually value.

Personally, I care very little about material wealth, because I already have almost everything I want. So more money is kind of meaningless.

But, if I hated where I lived, my job, my life, my hobbies, etc., then I think money would be much more important to me!

Don't forget to trade your money for what you actually value.

You're absolutely right—money's just a tool, a middleman for what really matters. It's fascinating how its value shifts based on our circumstances. When life’s already rich with meaning—great hobbies, a place you love, fulfilling work—money’s like extra frosting on an already delicious cake.

But if you're stuck in hamster wheel, hating your job or surroundings, money becomes a lifeline, a ticket to change. It’s like a universal key, useless unless you know which doors you want to unlock.

Yes. If I didn't have everything I wanted, I would be much more obsessed with money, probably.
