Watching this old Hardy Boys show from the 70s, so far not too bad, just a little cheesy and makes for good background TV πΊ

I used to read and enjoyed the books when I was a kid. Now, they're not as good as when I was kid π
I used to love the books too! I actually still have them around somewhere haha
Reading them now as an adult, the Hardy Boys solved cases because they are extremely lucky and the criminals are soft. Like when they are captured and tied up.
Criminal one: Leave them here. (not even consider disposing them)
Criminal two: But they'll starve! (lol criminal two)
Well good thing the criminals weren't as ruthless as you would have preferred otherwise we wouldn't have so much material to enjoy lol
Some of them old shows are better than they are given credit for. Only thing for me that is their downfall is the "acting" in many cases. And the sound and effects. The storytelling is often mindblowing π

Storytelling is a bit of a dying art, hopefully it doesn't die completely π¬
It really is. We can hope for a return of storytelling to TV seriesππΌ

I read a few of the books back in the day. I'm not sure I was even aware there was a TV show.
I was only vaguely aware, but it popped up as a recommendation on my YouTube so I figured I'd put it on as I rest and relax this evening
