The Importance of Leadership and Effective Communication in Maintaining Discipline.

It is always annoying when you are able to make some people dance to your tune when you are the one controlling them. I was at an event yesterday, to which I was invited by a friend to come witness an event. But when I got there, I was a bit late, and I couldn't really relate quickly to what was going on until I had to calm down and watch the environment. After a while, I was able to figure out what was going on, and the matter was that one of my friends there is the leader of a forum that is tagged the leadership forum, and he happens to be the leader.

While he was addressing some issues amongst them, I was complaining about a habit which they should not do again and giving some advice as a leader, but someone was there trying to interrupt what he was saying. I was just seated one side apart from them, but I could witness everything going on. So, I was a bit upset, but I couldn't interfere because it was not my business to talk. While I was just looking, some saw the interpretation on my face and couldn't say too much.

At some point, I had to move close to my friend to stop talking because he was annoyed already. But why did I tell him to stop talking, I noticed the person he was talking doesn't have that high level of understanding comprehending what he was trying to pass across and if he should talk more than that, he will just continue to waste his time talking without yielding any other positive results.

After seeing that, I stopped him from talking. Some people then came to me to report the situation, and I had to come in for him and interpret what he was trying to say, and some were able to relate while some were not. But all the same, I didn't say any more things after what I had told them. There is meant to be some level of discipline anywhere we are, especially where there is a leader who has the mantle of leading and overseeing the affairs of an organization.
