Kiss #122 Prompt: How Reading Every Day Fuels My Wellbeing.

It's true they say readers are always leaders, but not just that because they do read; it is just a saying that when you read, you get enlightened more about a lot of things that one might not know before. Learning new things every day is part of what makes me who I am, and it makes me explore a lot of things and opportunities. When you try to learn every day, you have the ability to widen your knowledge and abilities, and the more you do it, the more you get better at it, no matter how long or short time it may be.

Today I decided to join in the #kiss weekly prompt, for which I also shared a link here for those that might want to join in this prompt. It was created by the minimalist community for everyone to share their thoughts on their stories and thoughts about the things that have helped them improve their wellbeing.

Growth is important, and this is why I have decided to try something new. I am reading books every day, even if it is just for an hour in a day. Out of my busy schedule for every day, I always make sure that we don't do everything I do, no matter how fixed I will be. I will make sure I read even if it is just one book, and if I don't read books directly, I read them from my phone, where I have a couple of books and get the PDFs downloaded.

Currently, I have heard about a book that is titled Think Big, by Ben Carson, and this book is one of the books I know most people would want to read. I have really heard a lot about this book and the way it motivates people to do things, so I decided to pick it up to be able to motivate myself. I started reading it yesterday, and as a matter of fact, I have been able to cover numerous pages there with a lot of questions I keep asking myself after reading some parts of the book.

Likewise, I read almost every day, if not every day, and ever since I have been reading, it has really helped me learn more vocabulary plus sentence structures because whenever I read, and I get to discover new vocabulary, it makes me forward myself to finding more about the word, and from there I learn and also learned more about the usage of this word. Learning is not just one-way traffic because when you learn something to an extent, you will discover some hidden stuff that you have not gotten to know right from them, and this is another way for me to learn.

Aside from the vocabulary aspect, it has also been helping my way of speaking because, as I read every day and I go out to people, it helps me become buoyant to talk amongst my peers, and they wonder how I am able to develop myself to that extent because it requires a lot of energy and sacrifices to do. Now I hope to explore more things today as I read Think Big by Ben Carson, to think smart

Hi. While I'm a big reader myself and appreciate its values, I'm having a little trouble understanding how this relates to minimalism, or the #KISS prompt for this week, which you yourself linked:

Share stories, moments, and experiences in nature that have helped to improve your well-being.

What bothers me here is that you have been warned before about misusing the #KISS tag and the community in general. Please understand that all community admins and moderators on Hive work very hard to maintain and administer their communities. It is insulting to us when someone comes along and repeatedly disregards and mocks a set of simple, clear rules and instructions.

It's awesome that you read a lot. Reading is an adventure and as you said, it improves one's vocabulary and knowledge. Keep it up!
