Holozing's Rapid Rise and APR Dynamics
In today's post we talk a bit about #holozing rewards and will also discuss the current APR reward for the users who delegate #hive power. It's been almost 3 months since the launch of the Holozing project which has been a successful and excellent project in the #hive ecosystems so far.
I have seen the first project in my #hive career that has received 3.3 million HP delegation in a very short period of time. That means @zingtoken's #highpower is around $52.67 per vote.
It is a great development of this project that such excellent power has been built in such a short time. Also remember that if you make a good post on #Holozing or related topic, you can also get juicy votes.
Now coming to my point and the #holozing rewards. I remember when this project was initially launched its APR was close to 100% which gradually reduced.
The reason for the lower APR is Hive Delegates, meaning the more users Hive Delegates, the more #Zing Tokens they get against it, the lower the price of Zing and the lower the APR.
Remember that as more tokens are printed, supply will increase and demand will decrease. When such a situation occurs, the value of the token is temporarily reduced.
This is one of the main reasons why the APR has come down and today we see that the APR has come down to only 28%. Similarly, its price also decreased which was around $0.016 in the beginning but today it is only $0.004.
It is temporarily the price has come down and very soon its price will go up. This is only possible that the price of token rises again after the successful #HoloZing game launches.
I believe that after the game launch the price will come back to $0.016 which is about 400% gain. And secondly, its APR will further decrease to maybe 12-15%. Meaning that the APR will continue to decrease from time to time depending upon the #hive users.
