On LeoDex, the harvesting of USDC for LEO stakers (sLEO) is automatic. According to the official documentation, 100% of LeoDex Affiliate Fees are paid to the sLEO contract on Arbitrum, and the contract distributes USDC harvests to LEO stakers daily on a stake-weighted basis.
