Both Disney and Sony are laying people off.
Hollywood is in trouble. We saw 3 years of declining revenues at the box office. Will 2026 be another tough year? It seems there will be a few hits but most are losing money.
The investment in streaming is not paying off either. Then we have the movie studios having to write down the legacy cable networks.
