I think it will eliminate most administrative jobs with nebulous "productivity". Do you need to spend hours on a PowerPoint? Workforce will be actual productive jobs. Automation is for companies with big capital.
This is a good summary of it. We are going to see more jobs eliminated as the capabilities expand.
The key is to understand the cost per token and how it is dropping. Knowledge work is screwed since humans simply cannot keep.
