Aye, I'm in a similar situation, selling is not an option for me right now, prices are too low and I do not want to crystallise a loss.
Many cards are unrentable, or as you say 0.1 DEC a day, these are cards I speculated on for future appreciation, but frankly, I think I have a long wait.
My strategy...view them as a sunk cost, rent them where I can, forget about them where I can't and periodically come back and review the rental/sale price situation

Too many cards in circulation relative to amount of players so it’s hard to keep card values up. Need more adoption in hopes of seeing card values rise.
