The Forgotten Winter

The winter in Beijing is quite extreme for the netizens of the tropical region like Bangladesh. Though the freezing winter was a tough experience for me during my early days in Beijing, later, with the passage of time, I have overcome the scorching and harsh vibes of the winter in Beijing, and even further north of the Beijing municipality, which is around 60 km north of the city centre.
The winter in Bangladesh was a black and white experience compared with the Beijing winter that I am experiencing nowadays. The temperature of the coldest month in Bangladesh was December and January, which is also similar in Beijing, but here the temperature in November is colder than January in Bangladesh as the temperature goes below the freezing point here, which is unimaginable in Bangladesh.

So, the completely new experience for me is the snow that is not seen in Bangladesh, and for a long time, I have not enjoyed the winter vibes of Bangladesh during the last couple of years, as I could not get holidays during the coldest time in Bangladesh to experience that winter that I have almost forgotten.
It is not only about the low temperature, but there is so much that you can experience in Bangladesh, which I have not enjoyed for so long. One of the most exciting things that I missed too much during my childhood was the date-plum tree juice that is collected overnight, and jaggery is produced with that juice by cooking for long hours in a large frying pan in the villages of Bangladesh. This is the most exciting thing that I miss in my Beijing winter.

There are more than just foods, though many good foods are prepared in winter with jaggery. Also, in winter, I miss the busking time with the family members in the early morning and at night before going to bed. Usually, we don't have chimneys in Bangladesh as the temperature is not below freezing point there, but on the coldest days, we have the habit of basking with fire from woods together in the yard in winter, which is a very common activity in winter.
But Beijing winter has its own charm, and I will tell about that in my coming blogs. But I am sharing these beautiful winter shots in a park in Beijing after a snowfall in the wintertime. Such an amazing snow-covered winter is always a gap in the winter of Bangladesh, in my forgotten winter experience that I miss in Beijing.

I hope you enjoy my photos of the beautiful winter beauty in the winter season in Beijing. If you have any questions, let me know in the comments, and I will do my best to answer them.
Thanks a lot for your time and attention. I will catch up with you at the next one.
Wishing you a good day!
I took all the photos, and these are my own property.

It is currently very hot in our country, with temperatures reaching 45 degrees Celsius every day, which is causing people to worry.
