Roasted Whole Lamb

Spring festival is the largest holiday season in China and it faces the biggest passengers transportation throughout the whole country inckuding the flights and railway transportations.

Usually there is some party and festival celebration by the Institute or company before the holidays. Such celebration further extended among the inter departments for large companies or organisations, and research groups in the case of university institutions.

Most of thw time our grouo arranged the celebration in restaurants with normal dishes but thia time ww have a different celebration. This time we order a whole roastwd lamb for our party that was arranged with prior order.

There are several restaurants who take such orders and prepare this according to the assigned delivery time. We have received it during the launch time when it was hot and so fresh to enjoy it.

The taste is really good with super soft flesh as it ia cooked so properly that the meat is easily dropped off from the bones without any extra effort. Also the meat was so juicy with genuine flavor in it.

It was not so spicy as it is available in my country Bangladesh. But less spicy has an aroma that fill my mouth with the delicacy.

It is always a great fun to taste a new recipe that make me loving delicious foods.
