TBT TO LAST THURSDAY CHILDREN RETREAT

Hello 👋👋 my fellow hivians, trust we are all well rested if you are from my country and for those outside hope we are doing great 👍.
Wow I wasn't here last week was choked with setting up the children's retreat and to the glory of God it was a Hugh success.

There's a saying that the children are the future of leaders. But how are we grooming this leaders in the fear of the LORD. What are the standard we are setting for them to have relationship with Christ.
In my church we set up a program every sallah to camp the children from ages o- 14 years most times we also see the teenagers joining in the camp meeting as it very engaging.

We had a prayer sessions .. you need to see children prayering from their hearts.
It was a beautiful site to behold. The children came from home fasting so when it was time to break their fast or time to eat we prepared tea and made bread available for them.

Afterwards there was teaching sessions and other educational talks were also done. It was a total package of Spirituality and life mixed together.
The children were give the opportunity to express themselves in the presence of God and also write out things they will like to change in their lives.
They were taught that in life the choices we make either make us or end people in places they would end up regretting their actions.

Since it was a camp meeting we also had time for the children to rest so they won't miss out on their regular nap time and also rest their body for the night prayers.

And then came evening time to have dinner this Children kept coming for more and more that the handler's were just thanking God for provision.

It's a program the children look forward to experiencing aside from the playing activities they get to be in the presentence of God the whole day and night just having a time with the holy spirit.

This is an experience every child should have.
Yes it good to take them out and have fun..
But let's also build Godlike and Godly leaders let's create a space for God in the lives of our tomorrow leaders.
