Apology video: Scripted or From the heart
What's an apology and how should it be said?
Does saying a word with no emotions means it should be accepted?

The world as we know it today has changed and not everything is as it use to be anymore.
Before now when someone close to you offences you or does something hurtful to you they look for means to apologise and also sometimes they involve other people so you know their genuinely sorry about hurting you.
But this isn't so anymore. Now with the spread of social media what we see now is an apology video after a scandalous act or something unpleasant is seen on the internet.
Sending an apology video doesn't make it okay most times that individual is just doing it base on instructions just wanting to keep their reputation not because they are genuinely sorry about the act or the scenario.
Most times this videos are done through scripts. So reading out words that someone else wrote out loud doesn't mean that you are sorry. At all it doesn't justify anything and some times they are criticised by the public for such videos.
My take on it is, that most times this isn't from the heart and apparently they do it most times to get people sympathy.
An apology doesn't have to be dramatic or dramatised.
That word "I AM SORRY" is a magic word and you will sense its magical feeling it the apology is coming from the heart.
