The Importance of Proper Sleep

Sleep is one of the most vital aspects of our life and mostly all of us kinda don't care about it a lot. In fact sleep plays a very active role in maintaining our physical as well as mental health.

If you're sleeping for five hours or six hours a day, the one thing to blame for your energy loss is probably your sleep. Science says that humans need around eight hours of sleep at the minimum, seven at least for a healthy recovery in the night while you sleep. Not only does it improve sleep quality, it also improves your glucose levels, your stress levels, and it just makes you all around healthier.

So I have no idea why there are people who would torture themself by sleeping less than five hours or five and a half hours. For those of you who are doing exams, I really feel your pain as I have been there, But the thing is, if you want productivity, eight hours minimum should be the Gold Standard for Sleep all together.
