As you wrote, productivity can be improved with the use of robots, but only if we view productivity as confined to the corporate environment and not to the social sphere. However, in this post I discuss the human and environmental factors, which still matter greatly today. The human and environmental factors are fundamental elements in the study of work and the organization of production systems. While initially the focus was exclusively on technical efficiency, over time it has been understood that performance also depends on the physical, psychological, and environmental conditions of workers. The integration of production needs and human well-being allows for better results in terms of productivity, quality, and safety.
