Ciao Davide, è proprio come hai detto, è un po’ come nell’informatica, anche perché questi strumenti derivano da concetti informatici. I PLC Programming Languages sono i linguaggi di programmazione utilizzati per istruire un PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), cioè il dispositivo che governa e automatizza un processo industriale.
Servono a descrivere logiche di controllo, sequenze operative, temporizzazioni, interblocchi e regolazioni, ed i PLC sono nati dopo i computer.
Possiamo dire così, rispetto al computer diciamo che Il PLC nasce dopo, come applicazione specializzata del computer al mondo industriale.
