Ciao davideownzall, hai capito bene il concetto. Il punto fondamentale è che ragionando in unità di carico, si riescono a fare calcoli precisi sulla movimentazione. Si possono pensare i tragitti migliori ed i posizionamenti più convenienti. Ad esempio se un unità di carico viene movimentata 1 volta al mese, è logico che sia riposta in spazi difficili da raggiungere, mentre un unità di carico che si movimenta 2 volte al giorno dovrà essere disposta nella parte del magazzino più semplice da raggiungere. L’insieme dei tempi di percorrenza sarà molto più efficiente se le unità di carico verranno disposte in modo adeguato nei confronti delle esigenze di movimentazione. Questo farà risparmierà tempo e denaro.
