Introduction
So today's topic is quite an interesting one. I'll try to imagine what I could do if I won a sum equal to 50 million euros. It must be said that the sum is quite high and therefore many ideas could come to mind, so it will be important to identify priorities. As for my case, however, we can say that it will never happen, not because I'm unlucky, but because I don't play the Superenalotto. But you never know, it could happen in the future, especially after this post I could even change my mind.
I would say that in the face of such a high win, three things immediately come to mind.
1-Building a neighborhood of 6 homes that exchange electricity

With the first 15 million euros I would build a neighborhood of 6 homes. One of my dreams, and perhaps the biggest, is to participate in the design and construction of a neighborhood where the homes are interconnected at an energy level. I would also like to try the experiment of sharing, among the six homes, electricity by buying and selling it via the Powerledger system and making transactions in POWR cryptocurrency.
For the construction of such an advanced neighborhood, I thought that 15 million euros is the more or less correct figure that will be needed for its construction. In this estimate, I also took into account the cost of purchasing the land. The price I considered is approximately 2.5 million euros per home.

Having spent the first 15 million euros, I would now spend another 15 million in various investments. With these investments I would go and spend crypto, stocks, ETFs and metals.
I would invest 1 million euros in these 15 axes for a total of 15 million:

There are 20 million euros left. We are at the final part and then we have run out of money. I would give this last slice all to charity to the structures and associations that in Romagna provide help to people or families in difficulty.
To distribute these last 20 million euros I would look for:
-Associations that work in the field of home and hospital assistance.
-Structures that provide services and assistance for the elderly
-Structure dedicated to the assistance of frail people.
-Associations or environments that provide support for the social integration of people with disabilities
-Hospital structures that offer medical assistance to children with serious illnesses.
On the latter, I would not only like to provide financial support, but since I am now extremely rich, I would also provide free service within the structure.
Conclusions
50 million euros is a lot, but it took me a moment to spend it (virtually). With 50 million I would do three main things:
1-15 million I would use it to build a neighborhood of 6 homes that are energy independent and collaborative with each other
2-15 million I would allocate to investments
3-20 million I would give to charity

Introduzione
Dunque il tema di oggi è un tema piuttosto interessante. Proverò ad immaginare cosa potrei fare se vincessi una cifra pari a 50 milioni di euro.Bisogna mettere che la cifra è piuttosto alta e quindi di idee potrebbero venirne in mente tante, quindi sarà importante individuare delle priorità. Per quanto riguarda il mio caso però, possiamo dire che non succederà mai, non per il fatto che sono sfortunato, ma per il fatto che non gioco al Superenalotto. Però non si sa mai che possa capitare in futuro, soprattutto dopo questo post potrei anche cambiare idea.
Direi che a fronte di una vincita così alta mi vengono subito in mente tre cose.

Con i primi 15 milioni di euro costruirei un quartiere di 6 abitazioni. Uno dei miei sogni, e forse il più grande, è proprio quello di partecipare alla progettazione e alla costruzione di un quartiere in cui le abitazioni sono interconnesse a livello energetico. Mi piacerebbe anche tentare l’esperimento di condividere, tra le sei abitazioni, energia elettrica eseguendo compravendita della stessa tramite sistema Powerledger ed effettuare le transazioni in criptomoneta POWR.
Per la costruzione di un quartiere così avanzato ho pensato che 15 milioni di euro sia la cifra più o meno corretta che servirà per la costruzione di esso. In questa stima ho tenuto conto anche del costo d’acquisto del terreno. Il prezzo che ho considerato è di circa 2,5 milioni di euro ad abitazione.

Spesi i primi 15 milioni di euro adesso andrei a spenderne altri 15 in investimenti vari. Con questi investimenti andrei a far spesa di crypto, azioni, ETF e metalli.

Rimangono 20 milioni di euro. Siamo alla parte finale e poi abbiamo finito tutti i soldi. Questa ultima fetta la darei tutta in beneficenza alle strutture ed associazioni che in Romagna forniscono aiuto alle persone o famiglie in difficoltà.
Per distribuire questi ultimi 20 milioni di euro andrei in cerca di:
-Associazioni che lavorano nel campo dell’assistenza domiciliare e ospedaliera.
-Strutture che forniscono servizi e assistenza per anziani
-Struttura dedicata all’assistenza di persone fragili.
-Alle associazioni o ambienti che forniscono supporto all’integrazione sociale delle persone con disabilità
-Strutture ospedaliere che offrono assistenza medica a bambini con gravi malattie.
Su quest’ultima non solo gradirei fornire supporto economico, ma visto che ora sono estremamente ricco presterei anche servizio gratis all’interno della struttura.
Conclusioni
50 milioni di euro sono davvero tanti, ma ci ho messo un attimo a spenderli (virtualmente). Con 50 milioni farei tre cose principali:
1-15 milioni li userei per la costruzione di un quartiere di 6 abitazioni energeticamente indipendenti e collaborative tra di loro
2-15 milioni li destinerei agli investimenti
3-20 milioni li darei in beneficenza

Grazie per questo tuo commento gentile. Attualmente uno dei pensieri che faccio spesso è proprio quello di poter aiutare i bambini con malattie gravi a passare un po di tempo in maniera spensierata. So che i bimbi con me si divertono, ma dovrei essere in pensione per dedicarmi in maniera costante a questa cosa. Se vincessi 50 milioni di euro potrei realizzare questa mia volontà/voglia !CTP

Grazie Liberty per il tipu… con 50 milioni di euro potrei tentare di fare l’imprenditore. Se la costruzione delle 6 casette dovesse comunque andare male, mi convicerei in breve a ritirarmi da tale sogno e mi godrei la pensione anticipata che quei 50 milioni mi consegnerebbero tra le mani. !WINE
Per quanto riguarda il mio caso però, possiamo dire che non succederà mai, non per il fatto che sono sfortunato, ma per il fatto che non gioco al Superenalotto.
