Introduction
This week's theme is quite personal and I wonder, how many of us in life have repeatedly tried to open doors?
It is obvious that this week's theme is a symbolic gesture that is one of the most present thoughts in our mind.
Opening a door means giving a turning point to your life. Opening a door means giving the possibility for a change to happen. The idea of ​​tackling a new job or moving to a different city can come to mind.
Opening a door could also mean preparing something that can facilitate the fulfillment of a situation that could occur in the future. As an example, we could think of the desire to play in a musical group, in this case we can learn to play the guitar to open the door to a future entry into a band.
Opening a door can also have a welcoming meaning. For example, when we fell in love, we opened the door of our heart or we can open a door simply by trusting a friend.
In short, as far as I am concerned, the concept of opening a door, I see it in a very broad sense. That is, opening a door, for me, does not necessarily mean that something must happen immediately, but that a condition has already been set for something to happen.

For my door that I would like to open, it is necessary to study and update myself on business management.
I have been studying business management and administration for 10 years now. I am registered with the register of industrial experts and I can say that, albeit somewhat slowly, I have been doing continuous training for 30 years.
I have carried out design work in the field of plant engineering with the aim of managing the various design, production and installation processes in the best possible way. All this while trying to control costs and in the meantime trying to update myself with training courses. I have always supervised, in the management and construction costs, all the complex works that an architectural firm managed by a friend of mine had to carry out.

For the door I would like to open, you also need to know how to manage a group of people.
For this reason, over time I have taken several courses in group coordination and problem solving. A long journey that between the three types of people who work, namely the aggressive, the assertive and the passive, today I have managed to find a balance and be a more assertive person than anything else. Even here, however, you never stop learning. For some construction sites I was asked to participate in the selection of the construction team (construction company, plumbers, electricians, installers, etc ... etc ...)

With the two situations above I have my door open, that is, I have built the ability to manage and plan the design of houses efficiently. What I would like to do is create a design studio for NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building) houses.
Now, the door that I would like to open in the future is there, already built. However, I can only open this door if I have a certain amount of money in the future to open a design studio, pay employees and start designing and building low-energy houses.
What am I waiting for?
For HIVE to go to $50, in that case I would have the budget available for the door that I would like to open.

Conclusions
The door I would like to open in the future is to create a low-energy house design studio. Being an energy certification technician, I would know how to design a low-energy house, but I do not currently have the financial means to open my door. In short, I have the expertise, but I do not have the money, so I hope that HIVE can help me open that door in the future.

Introduzione
Il tema di questa settimana è piuttosto personale ed io mi chiedo, quanti di noi nella vita hanno ripetutamente cercato di aprire delle porte?
E’ ovvio che il tema di questa settimana è un gesto simbolico che risulta uno dei pensieri più presenti nella nostra mente.
Aprire una porta significa dare una svolta alla propria vita. Aprire una porta significa dare la possibilità che un cambiamento avvenga. Mi può venire in mente l’idea di affrontare un nuovo lavoro oppure un trasloco in una città diversa.
Aprire una porta potrebbe anche significare preparare qualcosa che possa agevolare il compimento di una situazione che potrebbe verificarsi nel futuro. Come esempio, potremmo pensare al desiderio di suonare in un gruppo musicale, in questo caso possiamo imparare a suonare la chitarra per aprire la porta ad un futuro ingresso in una band.
Aprire una porta può avere anche un significato di accoglienza. Ad esempio, quando ci siamo innamorati, abbiamo aperto la porta del nostro cuore oppure possiamo aprire una porta anche semplicemente dando fiducia ad un amico.
Insomma, per quanto mi riguarda il concetto di aprire una porta, io lo vedo davvero in senso lato. Cioè, aprire una porta, per me, non necessariamente significa che debba avvenire immediatamente qualcosa, ma che si è già iniziato a porre una condizione per cui qualcosa possa avvenire.

Studio della gestione e dell’amministrazione di una piccola impresa

Per la mia porta che vorrei aprire serve studiare ed aggiornarsi sulla gestione d’impresa.
Sono ormai 10 anni che studio gestione e amministrazione di impresa. Sono iscritto all’albo dei periti industriali e posso dire che, seppur con una certa lentezza, faccio formazione continua da 30 anni.
Ho eseguito lavori di progettazione nel campo dell’impiantistica con l’intento di gestire al meglio i vari processi di progettazione, produzione ed installazione. Tutto questo cercando di controllare i costi e nel frattempo cercando di aggiornarmi con i corsi di formazione. Ho sempre supervisionato, nella gestione e nei costi di cantiere, tutti i lavori complessi che ha dovuto eseguire uno studio di architettura gestito da un mio amico.

Per la porta che vorrei aprire serve anche saper gestire un gruppo di persone.
Per questo motivo nel tempo ho fatto diversi corsi di coordinamento di gruppi e problem solving. Un percorso lungo che tra le tre tipologie di persone che lavorano, cioè l’aggressivo, l’assertivo ed il passivo, oggi sono riuscito a trovare un equilibrio ed essere una persona più assertiva che altro. Anche qui però non si finisce mai di imparare. Per qualche cantiere edile mi è stato chiesto di partecipare alla selezione del team di cantiere (impresa edile, idraulici, elettricisti, impiantisti, ecc…ecc...)

Una porta che vorrei aprire… Creare uno Studio di progettazione di case NZEB

Con le due situazioni di prima ho la mia porta aperta, cioè mi sono costruito le capacità di gestire e pianificare la progettazione di case in maniera efficiente. Quello che mi piacerebbe fare è creare uno studio di progettazione di case NZEB (Edifici a Energia Quasi Zero).
Ora, la porta che vorrei aprire in futuro è lì, già costruita. Però posso aprire questa porta solo se avrò in futuro una certa quantità di denaro per aprire uno studio di progettazione, pagare i dipendenti ed iniziare a progettare e costruire case a basso consumo energetico.
Cosa sto aspettando?
Che HIVE vada a 50$, in quel caso mi troverei il budget a disposizione per la porta che vorrei aprire.

Conclusioni
La porta che vorrei aprire in futuro è quella di creare uno studio di progettazione di case a basso consumo energetico. Essendo un tecnico certificatore energetico saprei come progettare una casa a basso consumo energetico, ma non ho attualmente la disponibilità economica di aprire la mia porta. Insomma, ho la competanza, ma non ho i soldi, quindi spero che HIVE in futuro mi possa aiutare ad aprire quella porta.

Secondo voi, aprire più porte nella vita o cercare di aprirle è meglio o peggio che concentrarsi solo su una e direzionare gli sforzi tutti li?
