RE: Introducing SURGE on Cross-Chain | $50,000 in Liquidity Deployed, $1 Floor Price

Without going into details I am asking myself who goes there and swaps and trades SURGE with a 1 or 2% fee? Can´t imagine any useful usecase of needing to swap SURGE around. Without external people doing this I am seeing not too much potential of high volumes (apart from wash trading like all exchanges do), but for sure I am missing something (or I overread it).

Great question!
There are only two venues to trade SURGE:
With our Uniswap listing, we reach the whole world
With our HE listing, we reach the existing community
The @surge.oracle bridge lives as the go-between to the two exchanges and our native Market Maker keeps the marketplace efficient so that whether you trade on HE or Base, you get the current market price for SURGE.
When any single $1 is traded on either Hive-Engine or Base, the other chain needs to be market made to bring the prices back in line. This leads to continuous market making operations by our Market Maker. The profits from these MM ops are used to buy additional LEO and expand our balance sheet which then leads to scaling of existing products + the release of new products.
Uniswap?
Which SURGE is ours??
Besides, what about the floor price of 1$ of SURGE that is always highlighted as key feature? Currently on H-E I can´t get 1$, not even close, if I would want to sell SURGE.
