Movimiento con propósito

Todo es cuestión de perspectiva.
Si te acercas bien, lo pequeño se hace grande.
Si te enganchas y le das vueltas, le pones tu atención a algo, aumenta su tamaño e importancia.
Si lo dejas estar, con el tiempo podrías darte cuenta de que, incluso, por momentos lo olvidas.
Todo está en movimiento.
Las cosas buenas cambian y se transforman, y las cosas malas (dolorosas, incómodas, molestas) también.
La pregunta aquí es, ¿qué puedo hacer yo al respecto?
¿A qué me acerco? ¿De qué me alejo?
Que tus movimientos tengan un sentido y un próposito, y si por momentos te cuesta encontrar alguno, la terapia es un buen lugar para ello.

It's all a matter of perspective.
If you zoom in right, the small becomes big.
If you get hooked and you spin it around, you put your attention on something, it increases in size and importance.
If you let it be, over time you might find that you even forget it at times.
Everything is in motion.
Good things change and transform, and bad things (painful, uncomfortable, annoying) change and transform.
The question here is, what can I do about it?
What do I move towards? What do I move away from?
Let your movements have a meaning and a purpose, and if at times you struggle to find one, therapy is a good place for that.
