Healthy sunday salad
El último rayito de sol del domingo nos acompañó para hacer la ensalada del almuerzo.
La buena iluminación, los colores y la sensación de naturaleza que me embargó fueron algunas de las razones para capturar estas fotitos. Mi ensalada incluía acelga, tomate, zanahoria, cilantro, manzana y quinoa. Una mezcla fresca y crujiente deliciosa!
Después de tres semanas a toda velocidad, vuelvo a recuperar, de a poco, la calma y la atención plena en lo que ocurre en el momento presente. Cocinar es una de esas actividades que puede ayudar a relajarnos un montón. 💛🥗
The last ray of sunshine of Sunday accompanied us to make the lunch salad.
The good lighting, the colors and the feeling of nature that overwhelmed me were some of the reasons to capture these pictures. My salad included chard, tomato, carrot, cilantro, apple and quinoa. A delicious fresh and crunchy mix!
After three weeks at full speed, I am slowly regaining my calm and full attention to what is happening in the present moment. Cooking is one of those activities that can help us relax a lot. 💛🥗
