Tomar decisiones

Es más fácil decidir cuando las opciones son menores. No lo digo yo, está investigado y comprobado que, ante decenas de alternativas, las personas no quedan satisfechas con la opción escogida y creen que pudieron haber "escogido mejor"
Mi recomendación sería prepararnos para las situaciones que nos enfrentan a múltiples alternativas.
Desde elegir ver una peli hasta comprar algo, define una categoría o filtro inicial para descartar varias de las opciones, y poder escoger algo más acorde a lo que tú quieres. Por ejemplo,
Ver una peli de comedia, de los últimos 5 años (ya por allí disminuyes las opciones y es más fácil elegir)
He escuchado a muchas personas decir que invirtieron mucho tiempo escogiendo una peli y que a los pocos minutos de iniciarla ya habían perdido el interés y los había vencido el cansancio... Te ha pasado?

My recommendation would be to prepare ourselves for situations where we are faced with multiple alternatives.
From choosing to watch a movie to buying something, define an initial category or filter to rule out several of the options, and be able to choose something more in line with what you want. For example,
watch a comedy movie from the last 5 years (that already narrows down the options and makes it easier to choose).
I've heard many people say that they spent a lot of time choosing a movie and that within a few minutes of starting it, they had lost interest and fatigue had overcome them... Has this happened to you?
