The problem is that it is no longer a small percentage of kids who choose daily to disrespect the learning of others. It can now be up to 1/3 or 1/2 of a class . Mighty challenging. They need to be in a class with smaller numbers and more a more specialised approach to their educational needs. That won’t happen regardless of who is in government.
