As a special education teacher, I have one rule that surprises people, no tablets in my house or my classroom.
Not because I’m anti tech. Because I’ve watched what it does to kids up close.

My wife taught preschool. Many of her students grew up with tablet or phone babysitters. They were rather feral. Poor social skills and emotional dysregulation.
