I’m actually so tired of educators putting academics before a child’s happiness or self worth or just them having peace in school.
It’s so backwards.

I kinda agree but not fully... I think teachers should put academics first, if it conflicts with the child's happiness or self worth, that's a problem for other people to fix.... BUT educators must try to teach the kid that their happiness and self worth shouldn't be tied to academics in the first place.
Why I think they should put academics before happiness? Because reality is cold and objective, if they made education easier for the students that'll create generations of clueless people who think they know more than they do.
