I still don't understand why keychain.swap doing this. Buys #Surge at 4SWAP.HIVE then sells at 2SWAP.HIVE.
Is its target to clean up ~ 850K SURGE today?

Because right now it's in presale stage and liquidity issue at the present time is very natural.
I don't think it's a liquidity issue.
You can see in my screenshot, keychain.swap bought 4000 SURGE with 16000 SWAP.HIVE then sold SURGE at low price 10 mins later.
There are seller at at price 4 hive but there is no buyer at that price I mean exactly at the time the SURGE sold you mentioned. Those people set buy order below 4 sold automatically. Are you the one who sold those?
