It has probably become that thing that every other actor wants to do at some point in their carrier, lets face it, I think there are not enough that amount of top tier actors so they can keep pumping new characters besides now the rush is less and less, so its jus reasonable the demand is less

Top-tier actors are rare; that's why they are top-tier. It's like a pyramid.
Then again, a low-level or mid-level actor can make the leap into the top tier by having a decent role in an MCU movie. Look at Chris Evans and Chris Hemsworth.
